Elizabeth Upper received her Physician Assistant degree from George Washington University in 1985. Her work experience includes 15 years in urgent care with Kaiser Permanente, and 7 years in family practice with Dakota Ridge Family Medicine. She continues to practice urgent care with Kaiser Permanente. Ms. Upper's practice is supervised by Dr. Julie Carpenter, a Boulder family practitioner for over 30 years.
